Whether you have received a defective component or simply changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ESL Shop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
